Paris, the city of light, famed for being the most beautiful and romantic city in the world. Capital of France, it prides itself on its cuisine and history, but this city if far from being a tired relic of old buildings; it's a busy metropolis of culture, entertainment, and fashion.

Paris is the number one tourist destination in the world, and as such there are plenty of cheap hotels to say in around the city. Central Paris is divided into 20 districts called arrondissements which spiral out from the centre which is Notre Dame Cathedral. Don't worry about a long commute though, as Paris has easy to use transport links throughout the city.

There is an abundance of entertainment in Paris, particularity if you are partial to viewing some of the greatest art the world has to offer.

The Eiffel Tower is iconic of Paris, and should be at least visited, if not climbed to see spectacular views across the city.
