CheapHotelsGroup is not a travel agency, and we do not charge service fees to users of the Site. When you book, your personal information is submitted to and stored by our booking network partners. We simply direct you to the cheapest partner for your cheap hotel booking.

Our partners' security

• Our partners are required to protect your credit card details using 256bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
• Wherever possible, you can Pay On Arrival, meaning only the hotel will charge your credit card.
• Details are processed and stored securely at all times and are never disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.
• Partners also have digital certificates from Thawte Server CA and/or Verisign, the industry leaders in the protection and management of private data transmission and storage.
